1.The Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia invites qualified Consultants from India, to express their interest for Project Management Consultant Service for Indian-Mongolian Joint Information Technology Education and Outsourcing Center Project. A brief Project Description is enclosed as Appendix - A

2.Theconsulting service is: [Project Management Consultancy, period of 4 years]. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

3.The interested Consultants shall submit the Expression of Interest (EOI) demonstrating their qualification along with supporting documents as mentioned in Appendix - B Consultants may form Joint Venture (JV) to enhance their expertise.

4.Consultants having experience similar to Project Description as mentioned in Appendix – A will only be considered for further evaluation.

5.Interested Consultants may obtain additional information between 3^rd of Sep, 2014 and 10^th of September, 2014 and shall submit their EOI by no later than 17^thof September 2014

APPENDIX – A (PROJECT DESCRIPTION)

1. PROJECT INFORMATION

The Government of Mongolia has received a loan from the Government of India toward the cost of establishing the Indian-Mongolian Joint Information Technology Education and Outsourcing Center Project (hereinafter referred to as IMJIT, the "Project”) in Mongolia.

1.1.General

The entire Project comprises of two major components, as under:

·Civil Construction of Outsourcing Center

Construction of a Training and Outsourcing Center of approx.8000 sqm area using energy-intensive solutions, modern electrification & power management solutions, fire and safety provisions and adequate backup facilities.

·Education and Outsourcing Services

The Information Technology Education and Outsourcing Center will be capable of providing certifications to Mongolian youth in IT &ITeS subjects, training certification programs in BPO and Technology skill areas. In addition to this, the Center will also house a 24x7 Outsourcing facility which will be leased out to the IT industry in Mongolia.
